OOC:It's that time again! Role Player/Events meeting

Hi everyone.

It's been a while but I think it is time to have another player/events team meeting to get some feedback and discuss some ideas for the future.

Server Coordinator Nevarstiyeh shall be running the meet, with probably a few other events team people (including myself) attending to help answer your questions and concerns.

The meeting date and time is scheduled for Saturday, September 3rd at 2200 GMT (1800 EDT/1500 PDT).

Although we wish we could meet with every single one of you, it is not feasable to do so, so we ask that you follow these guidelines.

1. One person per RP org to represent your org
2. sign below so we know you are planning to come
3. Non org affiliated Role Players may sign up below as well, but we reserve the right to limit the # of people at the meeting. not that we want to leave anyone out, but we don't wish for the meet to last a couple days =)

You have never done this before have you? ;)

You will most likely get pm'd and they write down your current location, when your ready they will warp you to the "office" location on a unaccessible for players playfield.. (Same island that the big church/cathedral is that some of the larger weddings use) Once the meeting is over you get warped back to you original location..

Alossa of Newland News would also like to attend the meeting.
