Thin Shoulder Pad of Cama Thar

Trying to pick this up for my tl5 crat.

There's a comment on AUNO that says you dont need to farm insigs, it drops off the first temple boss... can anyone confirm this, or have a name for the boss?

Also, anyone got a linky to a guide for spawning the other boss that does it? Haven't been able to find one.

Nvm, got it.

The boss is Venerable Ecclesiast Cama Bela. Just dropped 2 for me.
