Striox, who is this?

Arrived at Newland City after a mission, and got a message from OOC Omniserver it said " go to Borealis, find Striox, tell him.....and follow him for a prize". I found him and followed him every where. He said I failed the "test" then said "Be warned, Omni-tek is ready, they are waiting, waiting...they will soon come when you never think they will. Tell your leaders, be ready".

What the hell that was all about, I don't know. I did spend a bit of time following him everywhere, kept disappearing and reappearing. Something like this happen to anyone Before?
