What really happened to Radiman and Aberic?

What really happened? COMPLETELY OOC:

Does not everyone see what is going on? Look what is happening right under our noses!!!! I think this is the biggest storyline turn we have had and yet everyone is too busy whining about it to notice. How could Aberic kill Radiman????? We MUST FIRST answer this question. I am sorry, but I refuse to believe that a level 130(whatever he was) can sucessfully take down a level 350. What about level caps? I know I am at level 47 right now and there is no way I could even challenge someone twice my better. How could that PvP match even start? And if it did, how could he win? What about the 40% cap damage? What about the fact that he was a martial artist? He would have had to hit several times. WE ARE NOT SEEING THE TRUTH!! Aberic didn't kill Radiman, that is impossible. Something else is going on, and before you can continue this 'FC doesn't let us change the story' whine, you all need to find out what really happened.

Does anyone have any screenshots from the assasination? Where did it happen? Does anyone have a chat log of the vicinity of the assasination? I refuse to believe that Aberic, although he is a very good MA, could have done this on his own.

The charges brought against him were for violating Corporate Directive and the Attemped Murder of Henry Radiman. It's been quite clear that he was found guilty of those.

And perhaps someone like Radiman, when attacked, can do a RP death..

Radiman was most likely unarmored, had no life implants, and, as a beauracrat, probably doesn't have many hitpoints. His base hit point total would be (350x6) 2100 hp not counting Body Dev. Assuming he has a 600 Body Dev or so puts him at about 4000 hp. That's not really all too much to pound through when you're 170th level and fighting an unarmored opponent. At my humble level of 98, the Cyborgs I fight regularly have well into the tens of thousands of hp and some pretty hardcore armor to boot, yet I've seen level 150s solo them without too much trouble.

first off it wasnt a level 350 radiman, it was a look alike, probably a low level look alike. And second, oh wait thats the only rebuttal I had hehe.

Levels are fake - Only "350" to show that its a storyline character.

ALL of those "uber" guys have attainable skill levels. So they arent realllllllly level 350.

What annoys ME is that he is now omni again, and now back in his guild. Why?

If OT were so forgiving, why did they even have a damn trial about it? Why not just say "Oh wd old chap" as opposed to this trial and bootage from OT (a good thing) and lock his 'side' skill for 1yr + /played?

WHY do all that, and just let him back in with open arms in 2 days.

Because it was all a setup. Ask yourself this: How did DC members know where Radiman (or his look alike) was going going to be at any given time? How would they have known his protection would be inadequate ? Why was the security force so limited? Why would Radiman even be out in public?

Simple, they were tipped off. It was a setup, someone on the inside of Omni-tek was in it.

It was not arranged for DC to kill Radiman. It was expected someone was going to kill him.

other traitorous groups had plans to kill him, namely TBA.

Most all faction leaders knew of this escort, so don't think it was "pre-arranged" for a "hit" on him.

What annoys me is that the people who roleplay a something that is a tangent to what would be allowed.

Oh yeah... suurreee. Omni-Tek allows traitors and brings them back... suurreee. Suurrree TBA says they will kill all Omnis who get in their way of killing all Omnis... suurreee they are loyal.

Make guild's stances that are against Omni stand for punishment or terminated employment. You think Omni-Tek wants traitors for employees? They sure as hell do not!

Who cares if they had Portman drop in their lap after another guild actually foguth for it? They are still traitors (TBA) and DC has ignored all punishment.

There will be no "player shaped storyline" if the negative actions are not punished.

Right now, the only people "rewarded" are the traitors. They get light punishment, tons of press coverage and now they magically find Portman and arrest her.

Curious points...

Anyone got command like "Don't kill Clan ppl at 25% area during amnesty" ?
Why Ross decide amnesty without care about safety of Omni ppl at 25% ?
Why presidents meet at dangerous area without guards ?
During amnesty, many ppl killed clan NPC and PC, why radiman attack only guilty ?
If aberic and DC guilty, what law judging us ?
Omni law ? Clan law ?
If Omni law, why there is clan judge ?
If Clan law, why omni member must judge by clan law ?
Both law ? what joke that is ?

Event was only claptrap without careful consideration.
Judge came from grudge and envy.
In the first place, "Juror must have no profit with judgement" must genetal.
Negative judge to DC/Aberic is much profit to clan ppl.
Negative judge to DC/Aberic is profit to stupid green eyed omni stalker, look! that idiot ;p
And I think 90% of AO player have no interest about this event and 9% of player think that is joke.

I realy worry about, if all story event goes like this claptrap...
Hope GM make event more carefull, accuracy and bit more real.
This event seems like 12 y/o boys imagination or low quality cartoon story.

I think this is all a big Omni trap. They had a copy of Radiman but it was not the copy that got killed, it was Radiman. Now everybody believes Radiman is safe but actually the assasination was sponsored by Omni-Pol and they have an Omni agent in the Counsil of Truth.

Who cares? What 50 to 100 people play 'extras' at staged 'events'! Great! Wonderful "immersive" and "player driven" storyline. Sheesh guys, wake up...it doesn't matter what u do or where u are...the only "immersion" you are going to get is from AO's lame web site..and maybe a hit of acid or two will enhance your 'immersive' feeling! LAME!
