What is AoE Mission Update?

I noticed test live patch notes from yesterday have AOE Mission Update for three of The Reck Daily's ... Does that mean multiple teams all get mission update? Or, anyone "within range"? Or, anyone "participating in kill? Or? Is this an attempt to solve the fact that over-sized toons are camping these three bosses to the point of preventing the "intended" toon from getting their daily's done?

What is the "interactable" that spawns?
Does it spawn when the three bosses mentioned are killed, allowing anyone nearby or arriving "in time" to click to get mission update?

edit: The interactable item spawns near the body and only lasts a very short time ... 30 sec ?? Have not tested the AoE mission update, other than to confirm it does not apply to a smaller toon in a jet-pk out of harms way.

edit #2: AoE mission update appears to mean that if you are solo and do not do enough damage to get "kill" xp you will still get the mission update. If however, you are in a team where you are not big enough to get xp, then you will not get a mission update when your team does not do enough damage to get "kill" xp ... however, the rest of your teammates who are in level range will get the mission update.

Alos, remember to right-click the beacon, not left-click ... for mission update. :)
