I claimed the item on my adventurer who had an old IP reset pending, showing "Reset all skills (1)" in the skill window.
Then I used the item from the mail and got :
(21:07) You have gained one Complete IP Reset Point. Current IP Reset Points: 1.
Yet, the skill window shows (the expected) "Reset all skills (2)".
Tried it on my fixer and got the same behaviour - message says 1, skill window says 2.
