Already have. Engineer pet procs = weapon. Crat pet procs = weapon, Fixer weapon = Hawk, ranged adv = Survivability is so high DPS definitely needs no upgrade.

Regardless of who I can and cant kill - It doesnt justify non weapon classes getting weapon upgrades. Upgrade their *toolset*.

Silverback and Tigress set stupid precedents when what needed to happen was improved mind quake and/or a health funnel.

Pets shouldnt pwn everyone - Hwoever if you insist on better offence, an improved rule of one makes FAR more sense in FAR more ways than asking for an AS weapon.

(plus it also adds the idea of trading stuns for DPS)

So pet profs want new deadly weapons because pet pathfinding sucks? Guess keepers should ask ranged swords because server/client synch sucks!

If keepers have to deal with getting stuck in walls and being unable to follow a straight line, we can give you rnaged swords :p Also, you'd be set back to 2.2K AR and have no specials! :D

Comparing pet pathing issues to the issues melee profs have is retarded. Unless you want to claim pet AI -> player AI. (Only the case for IfIHadAClue)

Pets don't run into low because their AI is low...

I put pet AI and pet pathing in the same category; pets being sucky :p

As for the reward, keepers already have viable weapon options. You have support for it in the form of nano buffs, perklines, symbiant etc, it works, and you have damage perks supporting it. That's a lot more than we have. We can't even equip a ql300 peregrine and keep it out of OE, that's how awesome crats are :D Docs have better weapon options than we do -.-

That's wrong.

It is, which is why we're bugging FC for proper weapons this often. You can't expect a profession with all darkblue weapons skills, the lowest base weapon skills in game on pretty everythign except pistol and sneakl attack (lol?) to use weapons designed for people with a ton of support in those weapons.

Dreadloch pistol is a start, but a fling only pistol isn't likely to kill anyone. It's a nice off-hand pistol in PvM at best.
A dreadloch AS pistol would give us fling and AS, no burst/FA etc. Works for me. We won't have perks or anything to use with it, but atleast we can use it.

In full supple along with crat gloves and crat boots if you're shy on fling?

I know you have symbiants for all 3 pistol slots at your disposal I appreciate perhaps the need for multi ranged refined implants but are ql 300 weapons necessarily supposed to be easy to equip?

I also know you are missing 2 perks from pistol mastery, denying you 85 pistol total. You're telling me you can't get within the required amount to not OE on all of the skills?

The issues we have are with burst. Pistol is no problem, fling isn't very high either and we get fling from research.

210 CSS
143 ql300 rarm imp. Only slot you can implant it, as the other slots are needed for AS.
50 ql300 tower
59 ql250 exterm occ (being conservative here, but ql300 isn't doable as a crat)

That's 1276 burst skill. Can add a few point from ranged guides or leo bracer, but you get the general idea. Peregrine requires 1320 to kep out of OE. So in theory, when sacrifcing enough and using all the top gear available, you can keepa ql300 out of OE. But it screws up more than it's worth.

Not to mention the fact the recharge time sucks, in the aboce listed setup it would be around 16 seconds.

I see. So where do you get the other ~400 points from to just equip it?

You can implant two more slots temporarily, get RC from sols and try with trickle down, get a BigBurger to hotswap, etc. Never done the maths myself as I never tried to get a PvM DD setup :)

Taking the easy way out and trying to be another drone in Aimshot Online isn't going to get a single thing fixed. I mean come on you're complaining about a froob shotgun having crappy AS...well duh...

Yes you have it tough. Against anyone with at least semi decent defense your damage sucks by way of lack of alpha. But come on crying for AS then crying about the AS nerf (if you want AS, you use a scope, it hasn't been nerfed, you just have to make a choice, PERIOD) is just dumb.

Maybe your professional needs a kick in the pants? But really, you want a decent solutions. AS isn't it.

if you havent noticed FC tried the other route and failed horribly so now we are asking for something that is really hard to screw up, a good AS weapon.
