Why did you even start this thread if you're only going to listen to the answers you want to hear? I'm not going to say you lied because I don't think you did, but maybe you're mistaken: NO level 90-something ANYTHING has as few hitpoints as you do with maxed and implanted body dev, even nanomagi.
And body dev is light blue for us, not dark blue.

your AC on the pic was way low (I saw it before you removed the link). debuffing nanoskills DO that to GA. it's supposed to. GA is uber. for every uber item to be balanced, they need to have a weak spot. debuffing nanoskills is GA's. And NT's new nanos, now after 14.7
next time GA gets OE due to debuffing, I suggest you root&run. Then wait for the debuff to wear off. That's what I would do.
