Call for interrest.

For the moment It´s open to all neutrals but maby if the interrest grows stronger there should be a Clan and Ot department.

Im looking into the possibility for Doctors that belive that all should recive healing when ther are out in the unprotected wilderness and that all no matter of side or color should be abel to recive medical service near any are of conflict of Rubi-Ka.

By this question seeing if there is a posibillity to start a "Rubki-Ka Red Cross" and what we should stand for is Medical assistance no matter of who you are or what you belive in.
