NVmax questions

I know this isn't necessarily the right forum for this, but I think more ppl seem to browse here :p so......as the title suggests, I have a few questions about what settings I should be using with NVmax please. If anyone is using it that is.

Computer specs first....

933 Mhz Pentium III
512 Mb RAM
GeForce 2 MX/MX 400
nVidia 30.82 (I think)
XP home edition

So basically, just wanted to know in the 3 sections of NVmax-System, Directx and OpenGL.....what are the optimal settings I should use please?

Any info on the AGP settings....fast-writes and side-band addressing and all that stuff....
