as the topic states, when will they get put in the game? I was look through old pics & found this http://www.anarchylore.com/Files/FLO110_R.jpg If the texture was made, is it a possibility it will be added? that looks much better than the current Black trenchcoat that folds over your legs.

The trench became the black leather trenchcoat, which is textured to look partially open and have dark clothing under, as do the trenchcoat and jean trenchcoat. They really don't nor ever did, show your armor.
The cloaks are early designed for the nano armor cloak.

If players wanna fight in bikinis they should be able to, without showing their armor. Perhaps making it a lvl 30+ perk would work. It could be explained that nanites sold with the clothing make the armor invisible. IMO it can also get dull when armor helmets are worn during fighting, and invisible helmets would be an interesting option.
