Make some bags I can label. It's a super pain taking 20 bags of imps outta my bank just to see which one has what imp.

They have labeled bags. They cost more (14k-ish), but are well worth it, by the time you reach high enough level to care about saving things.

Think he was talking about things that you could actually label, i.e., not just have a bag entitled implants, but also titled "Implants - Clean - Ql 120-150" or something
