Flingshot

Is there a way to improve its refresh time ?

Does increased Flingshot skill help ?

according to the formulas jayde posted in another post, every 100 pt increase in fling will reduce the refresh time by 1 sec.

It's also the weapon as well.

On my Collins Bio Energy Rifle (Flingshot rifle), I have a very slow Flingshot refresh time. On my Ithaca Snakemaster my Flingshot is MUCH faster.
