There are certain spots where when you go to place a tower you get all green lights except "This land has been approved by ICC for notum mining" I contacted an ark about this and they said that they couldn't give me much information except to ask around, buy some books or check the fourms. So i assume there is an in-game process you need to go through to get ICC approval. Anyone have any information on this?
