where should a lvl 32 fixer go to find groups and get good xp? im neutral so either faction side is fine. also where do lvl 40ish ppl hang out?
It is hard for me to find teams that know what they are doing, where is a place where i could almost always find a team?

For me, at lvl 30-40 I hunted at an oasis in the rhino cockpit. Just east of the outpost on the acidic river in newland. The acidic river btw is a LOT east and some north of newland city.
For lvl 40-50(which i just hit, yea!) I killed in lush fields/mutant domain. To get there, grid into Harrys, and head southwest. Its southwest of the omni outpost along the road. Theres a hill there with a LOT of mutants, and a lot of people killing there, pretty easy to get a group going.
