whats the dif between LLTS and vision enhancer?

LLTS's don't drop anymore, and require some tradeskills to equip. They also have higher crit% and higher penalties.

VE can be found in missions, require perception to equip, have less max crit%, and less max penalties.

A ql400 has about the same modifiers as a ql200 LLTS.

The differance is, the haves have old school 9% or more LLTS's.


The have nots all use Vision Enhancers.
