The distribution has been a disaster. You have not got your boxes on the shelves for the biggest shopping day of the year, nor are they going to be hitting many shelves anyway from the look of it. Nor are some places going to get it before christmas. The number of new customers you are going to get from instore sales will be pathetically small now.

It is time to consider the ongoing disenfranchisement of your paying customer base by refusing to allow download of this portion of the game.
