What is nice to see

Regardless of all the shipping problems that had DAMN well better not happen next time (I'd rather have everyone have their NW boxes for a week before activation than this), it is damn good to be seeing people taking part...

Battles going on everywhere, people doing something other than treadmilling for XP, actually caring about their faction. It's good stuff, and I can't wait for a few weeks, when things sort themselves out and the bug and lag issues are fixed, and people figure out what they're doing. After all, that's the essence of NW.

And no, you don't have to want to PvP. If you weren't interesting in PvPing, NW doesn't offer much to you. That is why it is a booster pack - something optional that you don't need. If FC's Boosters affect the game this much, I'm waiting for Shadowlands.
