How nanos should work in my opinion

I think that the nano requirements should be based on a solitus of equal level with maxed intelligence and maxed nano skills, but he hits the cap as normal chars do. This solitus would be of the profession that the nano is for. This crap about lets make it so that you use the nano if you are max implanted in the skill and buffed for your level crap is bull. Newbies can't afford this. And implants/bufs are MADE to let you use nanos/weapons of higher ql's. Just an opinion, I'll be postin more soon.
