So you consider me a nut because I believe that the OTSEC has as much power and Official mandate as a wet paper bag.
But really I was expecting better from (how shall I say this) esteemed company as I have replying to me.
If the OTSEC has Official Mandate and Power produce the evidence, if it has power do the same.
Without this what is the point. I don’t have to prove otherwise, because nothing is being done. And when nothing continues to be done the truth will be out, and the world will know that meetings and declarations will be just that - Meeting and Declarations

I'm trembling with fear already, Administrator Houston. Are your oratory skills so underdevelopped that you have to resort to personal insults only because you have no argument against Blackpagan? Don't you see that by doing this, you admit he's speaking the truth?
If you say that "the venues of disscussion have been unproductive" then this is mostly true to the fact that there is no one with Omni-Tek that seemingly has a mandate to speak for the corporation as whole. OTSEC is no legal body within OTRK and you failed to show any credentials or any official document that puts you in charge of investigation of crimes or the persecution of the CoA. Because there are no such documents, as I doubt Mr. Ross would sign such a dim-witted "resolution".
Have you tried to conduct any peace talks with the CoA? Have you tried to contact Mercury Dragons? You talk of peace, but you lie, cause peace is not what you want. All your actions are geared towards an escalation of the conflict. I do not know who within Omni-Tek heeds that agenda, but apparently someone profits from a war, and it's certainly not the people on this planet.
No clansman will answer to a fascist thug. Your laws, your regulations and your rules end at the border of your territory. People like you are those that are responsible for what we have now. People like you enslaved the workers in their sheer endless greed and thus caused the rebellion. By your actions, you have lost the right to rule our lands. Back off or you will be dealt with. It is interesting to note that only CoA members reply with cries of "clanner oppression" and that Omni-Tek wishes to start a war. There are quite a few clan leaders that do not approve of the CoA and some of them are concerned that the CoA only seek to empower themselves at the expense of their clanner comarades. That is by seeking a war with their unprovoked attacks on Avalon, 4-Holes, 2HO among other places. Overnight they suddenly start clamoring that they are for a "republician Rubi-Ka" instead as an excuse for the attacks. That all their past crimes are magically erased or start claiming to be the victims of Omni oppression.
I think not. People like me are the only ones keeping the rest of the company informed that it is only the small terrorist minority that is continueing these unprovoked attacks.
My comm channels have remained open for disscussion with a CAS member and other non CoA affiliated clan members. Mercury Dragons, your name have been dragged down to the same level as the terrorist CAS with your continued support of the CoA.

Charles I have noticed something strange. Last friday OTSEC met with representatives of the CoA for a peaceful discussion. And the CoA representatives were met with brute force. OTSEC immediately opened fore on the representatives. While your team of wouldbe assasins, or whatever you wish to call them ran back to a supression zone less than 25% our men stood their ground. And as your men attacked time and time again we stood our groudn for 2 hours waiting for your men to conduct peace talks. Wave after wave of assault was all we received. And not only that, but OTSEC was 30 minutes late for the meeting. These are terrorist actions, and now the name of OTSEC has been dragged through the mud to the same level as you claim CAS to be on.
Dont throw stones if you live in a glass house Charles. I can see right through you, and I know what you are doing. And it wont be long until your walls of fragile lies come crashing down around you.

Redruum and I met with you a few weeks back, and you did not accept our invitation to partake in CoA, and lend your voice to Republican developments. I fear your focus on the past will blind you to real developments in the present.
Republicanism is one of these real developments. What are your thoughts on this Kithrak? Put aside your fears of the present, your bitterness of the past, and try to discuss our future--what is your vision for us--all of us Omni, Clan, and Neuts--in RK?
You speak of a Corporate trial and jury. Praytell what is that? How is a Corporation equipped to appoint impartial judges, and empanel a legitimate jury? How is a Corporation to be trusted with developing a legitimate court system? How is a Corporation to govern the diverse expressions of free peoples? Is a Corporation your Vision for us all?
In our Republican vision, there are places for corporations, even OT. However, Corporations shall not be lawmakers, judges, and juries--these are rights reserved to peoples. Is the Corporation your Vision for us all?
Perhaps it is finally time to answer for your crimes and repay for the damages the CoA have caused Omni-Tek as a gesture of good will? After all, how can one look to the future when they still have unsetteled matters from the past? The CoA people keep repeating that they are "changed" but adamantly refuse to do anything to show genuine intent. Ok, so the CoA wants a chance, but then adamantly refuse to right the past wrongs.
Working for a republician Rubi-Ka? Not yet, that is for certain. Stop trying to use that as an excuse to grant yourselves a full pardon and repay your debt to those that have suffered from your past terrorist actions. Then, maybe it will be proof enough of your intent to stop being a violent alliance of terrorists.

Your focus on the past is valid and worthy of discussion and exploration. But the past is capable of divergent interpretations-all more or less reasonable--that will present an unfortunate stumbling block to bridge building in the present. It is after we admit that a bridge is needed to be built, that perhaps we will be willing and able to fairly adjudge events in the past, or--more likely--to allow the past, which will always be disputed and will always be a pustulating source of division, to be allowed to recede into oblivion.
Let us discuss a bridge. Let us find some common humanity, some common vision of our future.

Charles I dont ask for a full pardon. All I ask is a chance. I have spent countlesss hours trying to give the clan people all that I can give. What can I do for you to show our good intent. I have spoken with you in game. I am totally willing to do whatever is needed to show you that the CoA are not terrorists. You have met me in game, and you know I am not a bloodlusting Terrorist. Me being a Captain of the CoA Peacekeepers, you must have been very surprised to see how peacefully I conducted myself. You watched me peacefully remove 6 Omni Patrollers from Tir.
This should be a little proof to you that we aren't as savage as Omni propaganda would have you beleive. In fact as I quietly escorted them from Tir not the CoA but many low levels, and others were harassing them. This makes a distinction between Clanners in the CoA and your normal Clan citizen.
To sight an example of this I would like to refer to a recent attack on Omni Trade by a guild called Horde(RTR). The CoA in no way sanctioned their actions, or was aware at any time they were planning the attack.
I do understand that the CoA has a short but agressive history. The CoA no longer takes an agressive stance. I have done everything I can to prove it to all of you. Speaking as a Captain of the CoA Peacekeepers I have said all I can to try and convince you. I only hope I will be given more opportunities to "show" you that we are here only for the common defense.
I would certainly like to be involved in any talks about the formation of a new government if you will allow me. I might have some insightful information to add to the conversation.

I don't agree with the CoA tactics they are counter productive and will only lead to war but so do statements like yours Charles.
As I said am by no means a friend of CoA, but an enemy of my enemy is my friend and your statement doesn't strike me as very appeasing, it is the sound of someone trying to anger me. That can not be your true intension, that doesn't sound like the Kithrak I know,then again I don't know you that well. So let this be a fair warning.
I will not stand idly by when you try to bring any clan member before that drumhead trail of yours and I doubt anyone from my clan will.
If you think a clan member has done you harm you should present your evidence to us and we will take care of our own if that should be necessary. In the mean time I suggest you do the same or we might feel forced to start a few trails of our own and we both know where that would lead us and who would benefit most from that.
Ensign M, I dont know which tactics you are referring to, becuase the CoA does not have tactics. We are a defensive oragnization, and do not attack unprovoked. If you have a problem with a defensive organization then join a radical guild like the Sentinels. Their recent attack on the ICC, totally unprovoked, is a prime example of what the CoA strives not to be.
