Random suggestions
...slap a good -damage % modifier on tank/healer morphs/mimics.
Combine fling/aimed shot into a single ability.
While stealthed 100% hit chance with crit modifier. (same as current AS)
Not stealthed, fixed 30% miss chance, 35% regular hit chance, 35% crit chance. (ignores off/def mods)
Collapse all CC into single lines regardless of professions and if possible add diminishing returns to some extent.
Fixers could have some quick recharging short term buff that gives them a 100% resist chance against the next hostile skill/perk used against them, ignores auto attacks. Instant activation, 5 sec duration, 15 sec recharge?

Too bad, I figured the fling / as would work well for both pvp / pvm. Could adjust crit bonus damage for rifles and pistols to give agents better output. Pistol users would be able to hit evaders without making the ability too ridiculously op.

here's one: add the ability to sort nanoprograms by inflicted damage!

This would mess up the whole game. Professions couldn't be OPed anymore.
