If you are having GUI issues with the update then feel free to copy this GUI folder in your cd_image folder. Make sure you backup your existing GUI folder before applying.

Clean GUI isn't needed, but not installing the 18.3.0 -> 18.3.06 patch would of been nice.
No idea why test patches are on ftp://ftp.funcom.com/cd/patches/
clean gui is needed if you're using a custom gui and want to use the new mail system, I would assume.
Worked fine with latest AOU GUI before installation.
Custom GUIs also seem to be working (only using personal experiance) if they are in the Default folder. Using multiple GUIs seems to cause crashes on the ones that arn't in the default folder. I'm assuming the patcher only adds the new mail system files to the one folder, and if you're using that one for the custom GUI then you're fine.
Again, only my personal experiances.
Latest AOUmod includes a clean 18.3 GUI ;)Quote:
