Important question to Fun Com - Balance

I have important, from my side, questoin I would like to ask:

Does FunCom™ plan to balance only TL7 (and some TL5, since most players whine a lot), or it will touch also all TL ranges?

Cause currently Enfs/Sold are way to OP with DMG and there are 4 viable classes to play at low lvl PVP, and either, those are avarge players or super twinks (those 1st have no chances vs 2nd)

My concern is, that no viability is very bad to the game. And I dont want to see another GOOD weapon for everyone (aka. Nelebs battle rod), but I would like to see adjustments for shades/crats/nts/mp/eng/keeper/doc/ (and somewhat, traders - after lvl lock drains).
