Damage boosting

All I see from these perk changes is pretty much a huge damage boost to most professions.
In addition to healing being nerfed, I'm not sure this is a good thing.

Also, assault rifle soldiers are being nerfed pretty heavily in not being able to use power up perks.
I'm guessing this change will turn most soldiers into smg+re or to stay smg+shotgun as some already converted to. Maybe giving assault rifle soldiers access to the new fixer burst/fa perks could help solve this problem.

The embrace perkline for docs should stay away from DoT nanos. When you (hopefully) take aimed shot away from the main pvp weapon scene, docs will lose alot of damage. Needing two dots to run to use one of the only damage perks doc have, plus canceling it if three dots run is wrong. Docs already have one perk that work similar to this, don't need two. Scaling the damage on amount of dots running is acceptable though.
