Chat Window Transparency

Can you make it possible to adjust the transparency of the chat window?

And also put a a dark background behind the target name (upper left)

The number of times I take off Night Vision Goggles or have to turn and look at the floor just to read text is... well, silly!

Same problem here. but it just dawned on me. You could try a different skin for the game.

Dovve has one here i believe looks a lot darker
