My fave twink was Inifinitynova, simply because he was perfect, just about finalized and well played so close after SL launch.
Well, I'm not sure my list would actually include the "best", but definitely the ones that I will remember the most for their pvp performance/style.

And I agree that obtrus and tia working together was pretty sick, though I think there were several better agents than ob.
And as far as twinks go, infinity all the way. He obsessed over his MA to the point of madness--not only was his equipment nearly perfect, he had an uncanny feel for timing on his MA.

bahh, how could I forget glopp. He demeaned so many good clan pvpers to tears using his SB+alpha combo. Good times, good times. :) I meant to mention Soety as well, I just couldn't come up with the right name for some reason. He always impressed me so much because he was able to use disharmony even back when it was a serious nerf in pvp because of reflects, and he still did exceptionally well.
