Alex Diminov

Anyone know if Alex Diminow is for anything?
He is in Omni forest - 280 x 2600

and he did respond to some of my sayings like:

hello
who are you?
What do you do?
What are you here for?

And he told me back:

I don't do mutch these days.
I still do my share of the work to subdue the rebels, but I do it as efficiently as I used to.

not mutch more I got out of him.
He is omni btw. so I suspect he not has mutch to do wiht the profession quests since all the others NPC fro that was neutral as I heard

He has been booted from omni-pol because he let his soldiers play at the arena in greater omni forest.
He does not have a task for you.

... and Alex Diminov is the assistant of Karly Desal (Omni Forest: 650x1660), but i can't figure out a way to get that thing starting. Karly tells you you should hassle Alex to do his job. Well i gave it up ...
