the way that the perk works now is how it is intended to be. While there aren't any plans to change it at the moment it might be considered in the future.

In case anyone doesn't know what's wrong with those perks, try sneaking and applying them on a player without auto attack on. At least The Shot used to unsneak you when it landed, once upon a time.
Yeah, it's not that we're against stealth-fixes. Just make sure the changes targets the right professions/groups :p
then why don't you change the other perks aswell?
