Nano Programming Interface

Ok, I know this is actually a Fixer Item, but this would also make a good item line.

It would be nice to be able to get maybe a 40 point boost at about lvl 40 or 50. Just kinda scale this item and reqs upward.

This wouldnt be much different than the NP Implants just less point boost based on 1 skill.

well this item actually exists...it's called 1000 token board ;) Also, if you lack a few points in NP...you can increase it for a limited duration up to 50 points with a tutoring device.
