storyline events on RK2

I just have a question.

I like storyline events, i join as often as the opurtunity bids. But i can hardly see that there are any happenings on RK 2, all i read about happens on RK1.. is that true or do i have to pay even furtermore attention? If this is true what is the reson for it?

Or otherwise they are just lazy.
