Has anyone else noticed generally low spawn times for some areas? Take Galway for instance. It used to be an extremely popular zone for it's variety in monsters and it's relatively quick spawn time. Now Galway is completely empty on a regular basis, and there are almost no monsters. I heard Funcom messed a lot with some spawn times, why?
