Profession Changing

I've heard a lot of talk about the possibility of changing your profession in the future. i have a Doctor lvl 123 which I'm looking forward to changing to a Trader in the future. I've heard so much about this and I'm very excited. I would like to hear if anyone else knows specific information related to Profession changes and also any links to AO info or other 3rd party websites. I know that AO has formally spoken about this possibility, but I haven't heard on any difinitive answers related to this.
