Mission Generated Implants

I don't know about the rest of you but I'm sick of getting worthless implants from missions. Preferrably it should be placing whichever cluster is in the title and leaving the rest blank, for example a Shining Life Chest Implant should only have the shining life cluster in it and the rest empty. It sure would help save on cash in some cases, especially for the lower level players that aren't twinking. Besides it should be a really easy fix to patch. Whats your thoughts?
