Paid my 12 month sub, it is approved and I am in game ...however it's been three hours now and no Luxury Armor appears in the Claim section of the Item Shop.
Any advice?

That's the way it's supposed to work.
You give them your money, and you don't get anything back except game time.
Ah sweet. I thought that may be the case. It's fine, I still <3 AO.
You have to click on the special offers, I have the armor
And if you didn't click on the special offers and simply bought a subscription like normal, try talking to their live chat through your account page. They'll fix it.

I talked to the live chat people and there is a problem with my payment. It's been approved, my 12 month sub has updated ...but it requires further investigation or something.
I am sure it will all be fixed soon.
I've just realised with my 2 accounts that they r the normal subscriptions not the anniversary, i've sent a ticket in but have yet to get a reply. I must have made a mistake with the first and the 2nd rolled over 2 days later. I want my armor!
Is this something new? A few years back my 12 month sub coincidentally renewed during the event and I got the dust brigade parasite helm.
3 hours and felt the need to post on the forum? I'd at least wait until the next day before thinking something was wrong.
