Big question on Notum Drilling Stations in expansion

With the insane dificulty of finding notum frags / chips and their inflated prices, I'm wondering one HUGE question.

Since Notum Drilling Stations are part of the stations that can be built due to the expansion, will they have any solid value....such as the production of notum?????

Figure that would only make sense. I'm hoping this is the case, which would make the new armors, that much more viable for us all.
