Are there attack/minute limits on a character?
I read this quote on the MP boards:
"Supposedly, every character's attacks are limited to about 40 per minute.
If your MP used a weapon at max speeds then that would come to about
27-30 attacks by itelf."
"However, throw in a Wen-Wen (or an off hand weapon) and suddenly you
have to give up 8-10 attacks from your main weapon in order to do
18-20 attacks with the pathetically damaging Wen-Wen (or the off-hand
weapon)."

Does anyone have experience that indicates this is an incorrect statement? I'm trying to dual wield 1HB weapons with ~1.5 second recharge each (or 40 attacks/minute each - the supposed max). I have been very happy with the results thus far. I'm not getting 80 attacks/minute, but I have assumed I need more Phys Init (and weaker opponents).
Multi-Melee can take up a lot of IP. (And the expensive nanocluster purchases. Oy!) If IP could be better spent than on multi-melee I'd like to know.
