Bunch of technical Questions

hi, people.
Having missed out on the initial discussions, being a late to see the light from the dual suns, I am missing a lot of info on how this game works.

Are there a site somewhere that has archived questions like these together with the answers ?

*) reload times of the different special attacks
( like brawl, fast attack, flingshot )

*) How does attack value work

*) How do you calculate defense value

*) Initiative and how does it alter attack/reload times

*) How is damage calculated from special attacks.
( Newbie mistake made using full auto w. a large magazine in the belief that damage would be rellay hingh if I spent 80 bullets..... )

*) How do you extract itemdata from the resource database ?

If there isn't any such information, is this the correct forum for trying to divine such information ?
