Halloween Celebrations 2014 (Carnival of Madness II)
Its that time of year where the ghouls and goblins begin their decent onto Rubi-Ka. Uncle Pumpkinhead will start reigning terror on the inhabitants of Rubi-Ka and with that its time to Celebrate.

The First Celebrations Kick off Saturday October 25th with Valheru Ascendants and Mercury Dragons "Hauntingly Good Halloween Boo Bash and Blood Drive" at the Lake in Newland City at 4:30PM EDT (20:30 GMT) going until 8:30PM EDT (00:30 GMT).

The Advisors of Rubi-Ka Community Relations Department in conjunction with Gridstream Productions, Funcom and A.R.K. Events will be throwing a Halloween Bash to celebrate this wonderful time of the year.

When : Saturday November 1st.
Where : The ICC Meeting Hall.
Times : November 1st - 12pm EDT (16:00 GMT) through Midnight EDT (04:00 GMT)
The Celebrations will happen on The Secret World with Gridstream Productions Friday October 31st from 7pm EDT (23:00 GMT) to 1am EDT (05:00 GMT) and on Sunday November 2nd at Noon EDT (16:00 GMT) to 6pm (22:00 GMT).

The Proprietors of the Carnival of Madness have promised to bring some magic to the event as well as other strange things. And who knows Uncle Pumpkinhead might even make an appearance again this year.
