Is there a reason why perk actions need to lock out item use? I see no sense in this. As an example, on my shade I am perking constantly through attacks. I can queue up multiple perks to fire off (for instance, I can hit my evades, drain, dmg, and heal lines one right after another), but I have to wait for my current perks to clear before I can pop my flurry or MoTR. As a shade, I almost always have some sort of perk action running. Most of their execution times are fairly quick, but in order to use these items it still means that I either need to wait for a break in my perks, or to purposely hold off in order to activate them. I would like to either:
1) Be able to queue item actions along with my perks.
2) Have perk actions not lock out the use of items like this.
