I know it's a bad practice to look for common sense and logic in FC's doings, but I'll give it a try, here it goes:
Because psy is the only stat that can be buffed by a major amount (20) in neck slot
anyone else find it ironic that iriche2's avatar is a trox?
If i recall correctly it requires 1.5k MC/1k intel...MC isnt the nano line for keepers so i wish they would have added psychic to this wrist item. And im atox breed so 1k intel would be pain in the ass which i just speculate atm(it may b possible with some twinking i guess)

Nanoskills can be buffed by huge amount, and 1k intell is very much possible for trox, I would even say 1191 since I have a pre 17.2 set on 280 inf brain
