Kel?

Who was Kel? Little is known about Kel. The only nuke we have from him is a pretty damaging one and I'd love to see the rest of his library. I think Kel has more mojo than Izgimmer or Enfraam.

I think they misspelled his name, he was really called "Keel" cause that's what he did.

Kel was Izgimmer's son. Izgimmer made the Plaything for Kel while Kel was a toddler, hoping that Kel would take after him (didn't happen - Kel went on to become a soldier with no interest in nano research).
