    (seem to remember I did see it before it went live on forums some doc(s) where complaining that it would hurt there treatment advantage).
    it seems like a couple of ppl have made them by now at ql 300 (see some tradeskill thread ) and it adds 10 treatment iso 2 (normal yutto).

    With 17.3 items, the 300 Ear wasn't requiring 1276 int/psy/agi and 2088 treat, was indeed possible, without getting Eye of Evening Star of high QL. I used this setup, except instead of regular Yutto's Modified NCU I used ql300 Spirit Infused Yutto's Modified NCU (+10 Treatment each). I had on me Composite Attribute, ES, FG, NS, SFA, treat expertise and a TT. In addition my org benefits were ql300 Large HQ and a ql150 Muscle Elasticity benefit (+13 agi). I also used an Extruder Bar and of course the Surgery Clinic. The final result was 1277 agi, 1329 int, 1285 psy and 2097 treat, so this leaves a lot of spares in case you don't have all items. All in all it was much easier than getting the R-Arm.

    I already know of at least one more symb possible, the 290 Thigh, but it requires the new +20 bracer. Of course, that's my next target.
    Edit: the 300 waist might also be possible.

    Out of curiosity, how buffable is stamina? I am kinda OTing in your thread but seeing I will get 300 rhand in today (I hope!!), the last one I might try is the damned 300 l-hand.

    As I already have the l-hand, stamina is obviously quite buffable. I don't think a nanomage can do the chest without serious contract, and I doubt even contracts will do it as the quick setup I jotted only came to 1210 stamina.

    I just equipped the QL300 Brain and Waist, and I am going to equip the Chest next. The only symb I cannot equip yet is the Thigh, as I still miss those Eye of the Evening Star rings. I'll post setups when I find the time.

    Just did ql300 brain on lvl220/28/67 soli engi with silverback equipped.
    Wasn't too easy, but I did it with total of 500 contract points used. Hard parts were psy/agi/treat (lost alot of psy/treat when I removed brain and lost agi when was trying to compensate it)
    Funniest thing about it was me tossing 16 perks into conc/ate/nanofreak to equip capri gloves and once I did 14 perk resets back I realised that with beast helmet/aqua gloves I get more int/psy/treat than with specs/capri

    So - to keep it short: Setup
    Buffs used:
    NS, ICRT, comp attrib, ES, FG, Treatment expertise, SFA, treatment transfer, clinique, extruder.
    Org bonuses used:
    ql175 agi contract (+15), ql125 psychic contract (+11), ql200 treatment contract (+26), ql300 city (+9 to abils), ql275 juggling tower (+13 treat)

    Int: 780 base + 484 equip + 37 buffs + 9 org = 1310
    Psy: 780 base + 439 equip + 37 buffs + 20 org = 1276
    Agi: 780 base + 433 equip + 39 buffs + 24 org = 1276
    treat: 1134 base + 530 equip + 260 buffs + 39 org + 125 trickle = 2088

    Putting in ql300 feet/rhand after it was a matter of few swaps and getting behe/ps.

    This is old news, done more than two months ago, but I seem to have forgotten to post them. This is recreated from my notes.

    First, and this was with the 17.3 items, the 300 Waist requiring 1276 int/psy/agi and 2088 treat. I used this setup. I had on me Composite Attribute, ES, FG, NS, SFA, treat expertise and a TT. In addition my org benefits were ql300 Large HQ, ql250 Muscle Elasticity benefit (+19 agi) and ql250 Medical Expertise benefit (+19 treatment). I also used an Extruder Bar and of course the Surgery Clinic. The final result was 1277 agi, 1372 int, 1316 psy and 2100 treat.

    Next in line was the big one: the 300 Brain requiring again 1276 int/psy/agi and 2088 treat, but of course much harder to do without the psychic/int/treatment from the brain symb. I had a setup ready for doing it with the 17.3 items, but never managed to get the ql300 rings. 17.4 and 17.5 of course made it all a joke. I used this setup. I had on me Composite Attribute, ES, FG, NS, SFA, treat expertise and a TT. In addition my org benefits were again ql300 Large HQ, ql250 Muscle Elasticity benefit (+19 agi) and ql250 Medical Expertise benefit (+19 treatment) and of course I used the Surgery Clinic. The final result was 1278 agi, 1353 int, 1302 psy and 2096 treat.

    Next I did the 300 Chest requiring again 1276 int/psy/sta and 2088 treat. I used this setup. I had on me Composite Attribute, behe, IC, SFA, treat expertise and a TT. In addition my org benefits were ql300 Large HQ, ql250 Heart Pump benefit (+19 sta) and ql250 Medical Expertise benefit (+19 treatment) and of I used an Exrtuder Bar and the Surgery Clinic. The final result was 1277 sta, 1414 int, 1318 psy and 2099 treat.

    To wrap things up I equipped the 290 Thigh requiring again 1233 int/psy/agi and 2015 treat. The only problem is of course the agi. I used this setup. I had on me Composite Attribute, FG, NS, SFA, treat expertise and a TT. In addition my org benefits were just a ql300 Large HQ and of course I used the Surgery Clinic. The final result was 1235 agi, 1388 int, 1332 psy and 2075 treat.

    The only symb left now is the 300 thigh. With 17.6 and the Halloween items it is doable, and I am now perk reseting for it.

    Last symb... no challenge left in it with all the new items.

    The only thing left to equip was the 300 Thigh requiring 1276 int/psy/agi and 2088 treat. It was so easy it was embarrassing. No tower benefits, and as you can see in the setup many items could have been improved, but there was just no need. There wasn't a need for extreme perking either, at least compared to some other symbs.
    I had on me Composite Attribute, FG, NS, SFA, treat expertise and a TT. My org benefits were only the ql300 Large HQ and of course I used the Surgery Clinic. The final result was 1277 agi, 1334 int, 1284 psy and 2103 treat.

    For me this ends a period. A period that started when twinking a 210 symb before level 170 was considered a major feat, and ends now when all ql300 symbs can be equipped by a nanomage, and frankly, with little feeling of challenge or achievement. I preferred it when it was more difficult, but this is where this game is going and one has to keep moving with the times.

    I'm happy I was of help to other people (I know because they keep sending tells) and I'm extremely thankful to the huge number of people that helped me with buffing.

    Well, epoch when some ql300 symbs were unavailable to best breeds with all buffing gear are in the past.

    That was what I was thinking to do next, try to get the best exterm eye, since I was already casting everything with ease. But with the new nanos I don't think I'll go that way.

    300 brain w/o burden(Soli)

    Dont know if any Epeen can be won here but will post it nevertheless.
    I just did the math(and in a couple perk resets) for the 300 brain on a soli engy. But for those that dont like the beast farming like me w/o burden. I did use 2 treat pistols though.

    took a rip off Kuz's setup see a couple posts up.
    I just took out the burden for OFAB back. Equiped the treatment pistols and took off the treatment sleeves and boots. I replaced the sleeves with merlin and boots with Kirch kevlar.(note not even the new DB sleeves, which shows you how lazy i am).
    Setup can be found: here
    leaves you with:
    Int: 780 base + 454 equip + 37 buffs + 9 org = 1280
    Psy: 780 base + 439 equip + 37 buffs + 20 org = 1276
    Agi: 780 base + 438 equip + 39 buffs + 24 org = 1281
    treat: 1134 base + 542 equip + 260 buffs + 39 org + 126 trickle = 2091
    same contracts as kuz but as you can see from the overlap could have been done with less.(ql175 agi contract (+15), ql125 psychic contract (+11), ql200 treatment contract (+26), ql300 city (+9 to abils), ql275 juggling tower (+13 treat))

    Feet, arms and rhand are last since ql300 imps gives more at these spots. At least you must put it after inserting symbs that require agi/str. Well, nowadays order doesn't matter since it's easy enough to put it all lacking a lot of items.
