Heart of tara- How about it equipping in chest armor slot instead of chest-implant so its actually decent item.

Gaily Painted Hood - How about non-nodrop, tons of people have them that dont even use, or gailys on old accounts that are about to rott...

Tara respawn- Come on 20 min respawn, it's what everyone wants, this one mob makes this game sad....Short respawns would help lots of people.....

I think that dragonflesh chest armor going in the chest implant slot would be just a incy bit overpowered.

Good ideas on the other 2 tho.
