I dont know if this has been addressed before, but why not make a /h shortcut when talking to helpbot?

Players can do this themselves by scripting /whois

also, helpbot is a 3rd party bot, and not supported by funcom, or, as far as I know, hosted on their servers.

It's a 3rd party progran and in no way affiliated with Funcom so.. stop asking them for stuff they can't give.
