I just wanted to ask, if both llts and ellts are getting nerfed down ? Somewhere cz said, they we gonna nerf the 15% one down to 8... but add some modifiers.....

Now I hear rumors that nothing will be change on them since crit chance is halved in pvp...

Is that right? or am i wrong?
