More reset points?

I haven't had access to the net in more than 2 months so if this has been answered don't kill me...

Have they discussed implementing ways to acquire more reset points beyond the ones rewarded at title levels? Also, will we be given another total reset when Shadowlands or something big comes out that could cause a lot of people to want to change their characters?
