In reguards to a pure 100% pvp server, NAHHHHHHHHH.....
No way, it would be a tad bit chaotic in a game like AO, there ALWAYS has to be safe areas to visit, etc....Or a safe hunting option, otherwise rubi-ka would be a chaotic, griefing, ganking wasteland.
