Alvin Quest - Increase the duration ffs

Isn't it about time the duartion of Alvin pts 2 & 3 was increased?

Getting a tag on TK is pretty hard these days now he's so rarely around (unless you are happy to sit for hours waiting). Just logged on my doctor who had had been hanging around the trash king to see if I can get lucky - hmm mission has expired.

My enf completed parts one and two some months back but lost the mission before completing part 3 - no way I'm going back to killing dogs.

Either make TK spawn more regularly or remove the timeout on the mission.

That, or make the TK spawn 10 minutes again. Took me a week checking TK spawn every now and then before I finally saw him. And that's on RK2, gotta be even worse on 1.
