Tir, but not Tir...as in a former guard commander undertaking a personal vendetta against Omni scu...err...personel and using loyal clansmen to do it.
Look around Tir county some. Talk to those old Council protectors (follow the Yalms streaking across the skies of Tir county all in the same direction...).

Hey Sparrowhawk - I guess you are new to this game then
Yalms are the little white planes that people use to get around and cost a staggering 5 million credits each!
Search for Commander Brock in an out post SE of Tir - he hangs out round the back of a building.
Have a chat to him and he should give you a quest.
If you get really stuck look back through this forum someone posted a walkthrough of the quest a few days back

errr... you guys don't know what you're talking about...
Just go outside of tir, or ask some clan folks in tir for location for Commander Brock. He's the one that gives the ring quests.
There are different kinds of tags, first ones, rookie, seasoned, veteran, and then Aces.
