Noda Gregg is a soldier at the now sadly abandoned NW OP at TIR county. That OP was THE gathering point for hunters before the new OP's opened up in GTC and everyone disappeared into team missions. Hopefully he's a quest NPC in 14.5

Naming policy rule number 3:

Names of in-game creations: This includes NPCs and concepts (Rollerrat, Omni) note: A name created before the creation of said NPC or concept should never be changed. Example: NPC Jed is created 3 months after player Jed had first created their name.

Nodda Greg NPC was there since release at that outpost. The opposite outpost has a female npc (the one south east of Tir) also.
We used to joke about asking him to team with us when people gathered there to hunt. Those were the gathering spots way back when.
